Little wake up call this morning: 164 lbs…basically what I weighed when I left for Australia. I guess a diet of fried food and beer and lack of exercise are showing their results.
But hey, I’m only human. I’ve had an awesome season here in Australia and I don’t regret any of it! Time for some healthier eating and less drinking. And I know Andy wants to lose a bit of weight as well so hopefully we can motivate each other. And back to working out when I get back home. Yup yup yup!
